Thanks to everyone for the favorites and comments so far, I had no idea I would get as many as I have this fast. Also a huge thanks to F16CrewChief for all of his help and feedback, including supplying me with photos to draw.
For anyone who was following my old account you know how bad I am at leaving drawings unfinished. It gets on my nerves and I have been working rigorously to get stuff done once I start them. The A-10 and F-15E were my first attempts, both were done consistently and consecutively which I'm very proud of.
So, while I stated in my first entry that I would begin with some basic stuff I've decided to change my drawing schedule. Summer is officially over for me and the heavy school/AFROTC schedule is already kicking in, so I will have much less time to draw (even less considering I'm taking a drawing class.) That being said, I have a bunch of drawings laying unfinished that I really want to complete before moving on to any new projects.
My goal is to complete these unfinished drawings in this order:
F/A-18C for the Marines at MCAS Miramar - 8" x 11"
T-38C Talon FULL BACKGROUND - 8" x 11"
T-38A Talon Beale AFB - 11" x 17"
F-16C Fighting Falcon 308th FS or 56th FW FULL BACKGROUND - 18" x 24"
F-22 Raptor - 11" x 17"
F-4E Phantom George AFB - 8" x 11"
EDIT 9/16:: I'm working on a Harrier instead of an F-18 and I plan on doing several drawings in between the unfinished ones, however my goal is to eventually finish most if not all of them.
Thanks for watching.

Updates
Greetings,
I haven't written a journal in awhile due to being extremely busy, which has also hampered my artwork as well. But, this spring I am committed to finishing more drawings as well as to continually improve as I go along. The F-15E was a tremendous undertaking that I finished with flying colors, and I must say it is without a doubt my best drawing to date. Now that its out of the way, I've already started another one with 2 more in the works. My goal is to finish at least 2 per month and 5 total by May. Life is getting extremely busy with school, ROTC, and transferring, but art is definitely a key part of my life and is something I p
Goals..
If you're a traditional artist like me, you'll understand when I say that setting goals is extremely important. It helps us pace ourselves while also giving us a challenge and a reward after finishing those challenges (which in this case is getting to see our art come together.) The fruits of our labor is such that, we get to see the results of our hard work immediately as we continually work on our pieces. I always set goals for myself while drawing (example: having this area done by today, this section done by next week, etc...) so I constantly strive to do better and crank out a higher quality piece than before.

A Huge Thank You
Thank you to everyone who commented on my Harrier, it means a lot and I appreciate all of the encouraging words I've received so far. It took virtually all of the persistence I could muster to complete it but it was worth it in the end. After many months and almost 40 hours of work I can honestly say that I'm very satisfied with the result (which I don't say very often.) I feel as if I'm growing as an artist with each drawing, and soon I'll be able to tackle more advanced subjects and projects with even stronger results.
Thanks again and happy New Years!
Absence
I know my page has been pretty quiet lately and thats typically how I work: surge, relax, surge, relax.. Anyway, life is been incredibly busy and has left me little time for drawing. However, I fully intend to continue pursuing my hobby and get more drawings done.
While of course I don't have a large viewer base my hope is that the few that do see my work will be impressed by it and enjoy what they see. I love aviation, I love history, and of course I love drawing, so for those of you who share those interests or even 1 or 2 I hope you will enjoy it. Artists representations preserve history and showcase what those subjects looked like at the
